（1）客户声明：所有进出口产品货物无违反出口国与进口国的法律规定，如进出口货物中有夹带出口国家政策法规的违禁产品，比如毒品、易燃、易爆等危险物品.我公司及本人愿意承担一切法律责任，与受委托方无关。
（2）客户承诺：所有进出口产品交易的货款往来由我公司承担，在目地港货物客户未提取事项由本公司负责处理并承担相关责任，与受委托方无关。
